1 on 1 Session
You will learn different acro moves based on your skill level and then put it together in a flow. The flow will be filmed. No experienced required
Indoor session with have an additional studio fee cost

Partner Session
1 Base 1 flyer Mike teaches the base and flyer how to do each acro move connects it into a flow, then it is filmed. No experienced required

Duo Session
Two flyers alternate back and forth during the session while Mike bases.They can also spot for each other in more advanced sessions. No experienced required. Cost effective way to train for flyers.

Small Group Session
Mike teaches the bases and flyers how to do each acro move and transition it into a flow. Group can be a mix of bases and flyers. No experienced required

Family Session
Mike teaches the Parents how to base the kids and teaches kids how to fly. Working through a series of acro moves and connects it into a flow. No experienced required. 2 Parents 4 kids.

Workshops & classes are a great way to get to know people in the community while bases & flyers & spotters build skills together.
Sessions focuses more on developing the individual's strengths and weaknesses. Also with an experienced base you are able to more on more skills & flows in a shorter period of time.
There is no weight limit in Acro, during classes you have the option of being a base, flyer or spotter. As class progresses you and try out different options and do what you feel works best for you.
Acro sessions, Mike has based a person that is 330lbs so he would be able help you find an acro flow that would make you successful
